Certificate success for Ellen

We are thrilled to share another team achievement with you. Congratulations to RVN Ellen, who has passed her certificate in emergency and critical care with distinction. With her passion for emergency and critical care Ellen has led a number of initiatives within the practice including:

Reviewing our CPR protocols and creating easier to follow guides and flow-charts. She is responsible for keeping records of ‘crash’ drills and ensuring the team are confident handling these stressful and difficult situations.
Creating patient triage sheets to help nurses triage emergency patients.
Reviewing our hospitalisation charts, creating ones specifically for more intensive patients.

We love supporting our team pursue their individual interests for the benefit of our patients, clients and colleagues.
